Despite having a Bengali origin, it is widely popular all over the Indian subcontinent and is well-accepted by foodies of all ages. Ingredients:

  • Anday (Eggs) 2 – 3
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 125 grams
  • Til (Sesame seeds) 75 grams
  • Lal mirch (Red chili) Crushed 1 & ½ tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp
  • Namak (Salt) 1 tbsp or to taste
  • Chicken cubes 400 grams
  • Oil for frying

Directions:

In bowl, add eggs, lemon juice and garlic paste, mix well.

Add corn flour, sesame seeds, red chili crushed, chicken powder, salt and mix.

Add chicken cubes, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

In the end, heat oil and fry until golden brown.
